At Mitrix, we pay a lot of attention to protecting and securing client data. Any personal information that we gather from our clients is done so with strict adherence to the GDPR as well as other data privacy and protection regulations. The client data we collect is used only for the purpose of providing the best service to our clients.

What We Classify as Personal Client Data

Personal client data is any information that is associated to either a known or recognisable individual.

Mitrix may collect the following types of personal client information:

  • Client contact information, such as first and last name, phone number, and email address.

  • Client information about web pages visited, including URL addresses.
  • Client information about city and country location.

How We Collect Information

The above information may be collected by Mitrix directly using contact forms. Information may also be gathered through third parties, such as search engines, advertising networks (including Bing Ads, Google Adwords, and more), and analytics providers (including Statcounter, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, and more).

How We Use Collected Information

  • Personalize information and content for our clients.
  • Improve our client services, such as providing additional content and features.
  • Monitor and track any usage, activities, and trends in relation to our services.
  • Improve our services and make them more convenient for clients.

Cookies

At Mitrix we use cookies (small files stored on a client’s computer) to keep track of and monitor client user traffic patterns. Doing so allows us to analyze which pages users find most helpful so we can improve the client user experience.

As well, cookies allow us to provide personalized content based on user browsing history through, but not limited, to Google Ads. By default, cookies are accepted by most web browsers, however this option may be disabled on your side through your browser settings.

Mitrix does not distribute or share documents or data about client users with any third party unless it’s in accordance with applicable legal regulations and processes, or to protect the personal safety of the public or our clients.

To prevent the alteration, misuse, or loss of data, our Mitrix website uses advanced and up-to-date security measures. The majority of our employees have no access to the personal information that we collect. This client information is available solely to Mitrix managers who are responsible for communication with our clients.

Data Protection Rights as per the GDPR – For EU Users Only

The privacy of our EU client users, as of May 25, 2018, is protected by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). As a company that collects information, Mitrix has amended its policies to be in complete compliance with the GDPR in regard to the collection, processing, and storing of personal client data.

Without cost, all client users have the right to request the entirety of their personal information that has been collected, processed, or stored by Mitrix.

We do not collect, process, or store personal information without the prior consent of our clients. Clients may withdraw their consent at any time.

Data subjects have the right to request that Mitrix stop using their personal data and/or delete the information from their database.

Data subjects have the right to opt out of receiving any further communications from Mitrix. We will provide for their clients an easy method of opting out whenever such communications are made.
