Background

Our client needed a way to centralize ticket distribution across multiple exchanges, giving them full control over sales, pricing, and inventory in one place. The solution focuses on optimizing speculative ticket pricing while allowing distributors to list tickets across multiple platforms with real-time visibility into performance.

Challenge

Ticket brokers deal with massive amounts of data from multiple sources at once. To make their workflow seamless, our engineers built a system that views and manages tens of thousands of tickets using an intuitive, high-performance interface that could handle complex operations without friction.

Beyond ticket management, brokers also needed powerful reporting tools. Our team developed an advanced system that generates ready-to-use tax documents and provides detailed insights into purchases, sales, profits, and other financial activities.

Solution

Mitrix Technology leveraged its experience in the booking and ticketing sector to develop a multi-user SaaS application for managing the entire ticket sales process. Ticket brokers can manage all operations with popular platforms such as GameTime, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, and automatically list tickets on all partner platforms. They can synchronize ticket buying and selling so that when a ticket is sold on one platform, it automatically disappears from all others. Ticket brokers can also collect extensive data in real time through partnerships to provide insightful reports for sales managers.
