Background

Mitrix partnered with an international client that offers online training for frontline employees interacting directly with customers. The client operates in the fashion, cosmetics, and jewelry industries. They provide educational content across various platforms, including educational games, and offer companies the option to outsource employee training. Initially designed for new marketing and sales employees, the system is also intended to train existing staff on new product sales.

Challenge

The company decided to develop a new online training system to onboard new employees so they could get used to the company's products, current practices, and sales techniques. The company tasked Mitrix with developing an MVP for a new employee training system, featuring the capability to create custom courses and diverse media formats - text, graphics, video, audio, and games. The system will also provide functionality for user registration, individual training plans, and tracking of progress and knowledge.
